General manager Drew, a local Delray Beach native, started his career at a local seafood restaurant in 1999. Beginning as a server, and working his way to up to management, he continued his growth in the restaurant industry where he thrived, leading to other restaurants. While Drew has a passion for food and wine, delivering phenomenal customer experience is where he finds his happiness.
The relationships he builds with his guests, are genuine and everlasting; he leaves them with a memorable experience to say the least. Drew enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two boys
